There are two Concierge desks in the Center - one on the North side of the Crystal Palace, the other on the North Concourse. At least one, depending on event locations, is open during all major events. Our Concierges know New York City well. They can recommend a restaurant, a hotel, or help you with a myriad of information and problems.
Golden Touch Guest Services (GTGS) is the exclusive provider of Guest Services at the JacobJavits Convention Center. With over 25 years of personal, professional services, GTGS is pleased to provide expert assistance to Show Managers, Exhibitors, and Attendees
We Make It Easy

During the show, you can visit the Guest Services Desks at the Crystal Palace or on the Lower Level - our staff is there to assist. When the show is over, contact us to help you with the last minute arrangements.
