The Javits Center is launching a new state-of-the-art software platform to streamline, accelerate and track truck marshaling activities for all events at the Javits Center on Manhattan’s West Side. This first-of-a-kind logistics management system, which can be monitored remotely, will be utilized as part of the new, four-level truck marshaling facility which was completed last year as a part of the 1.2 million square-foot expansion. This system significantly increases the efficiency and security of the intricate process by which trucks deliver and retrieve event-related materials throughout the year. Starting on August 2, 2022, all contractor and exhibitor scheduled freight deliveries or collections will need to be scheduled in advance through our new Javits Center Logitsics platform.

Our new logistics software which requires all vehicles to complete a booking which will include some basic exhibitor, driver and company details. A general contractor will review and electronically assign staging, marshaling and/or dock space through SMS text or the mobile application. The check-in process will be expedited by completing the booking information prior to arrival, and processing delays should be expected if booking is not completed.
